Montréal - The publication of this press release constitutes the method of service authorized by the Bureau de décision et de révision (the "Bureau") of a notice of hearing related to the matter of Raphaël Huppé, Vida Pharma Internation Corporation and Effective Control Corporation in respect of Effective Control Corporation.

On May 1, 2013, the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") applied to the Bureau for a 120-day extension of the freeze order initially issued on June 29, 2010 in the matter of Raphaël Huppé, Vida Pharma Internation Corporation and Effective Control Corporation. This extension request applies to the following companies and individuals: Raphaël Huppé, Vida Pharma Internation Corporation (also operating under 6972012 Canada Inc., Vida Pharma International and WESPP International), and Contrôle Transport Effectif (also operating under ECC Networks and ECC Réseautique).

The hearing will be held on May 30, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 Rene-Levesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40 in Montréal, Québec.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
