The Ville de Montréal will analyze bids and forward the names of the two highest ranking tenderers to the AMF. The AMF will then process the applications of these two tenderers.
If a contract cannot be awarded to either tenderer, the AMF will process authorization applications filed by other tenderers based on their ranking, until the Ville de Montréal is able to award the contract.
Applications not processed by the AMF will be returned to tenderers.
Enterprises not competing in a public call for tenders for contracts and subcontracts, including public-private partnership agreements, equal to or greater than $40 million and enterprises not bidding on one of the Ville de Montréal contracts listed in the Order in Council must wait before filing an authorization application.
