Decisions and Freeze and cease trade orders

Montréal - The Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") wishes to advise consumers that it intends to file a request for remedial action with the Bureau de décision et de révision (the "Bureau") to ensure that funds held in the accounts of Nathalie Beckers are disgorged to the AMF under a freeze order that will expire on August 28, 2015.

This request for remedial action targets funds in accounts held by Nathalie Beckers at Bank of Montreal. A person with any claim whatsoever on the funds, or any part thereof, should notify the AMF without delay.

The funds collected by the AMF further to such a request are assigned to the Education and Good Governance Fund.
