Insurers must now file their complaint reports using the CCIR Annual Statement on Market Conduct no later than May 1 of each year.
Your declaration for the period from January 1 to June 30, 2017 must be filed via the Complaint Reporting System (CRS) between July 1 and July 30, 2017.
You will need your user code and password to log on. You can access the CRS at the following address: www.srp-crs.ca.
Even if your company has not received any complaints, you must still report this fact.
If you fail to comply with this requirement, we may impose administrative measures.
